A Spring Time Bomber Jacket

A couple days ago, I did some online shopping for the perfect Spring-time bomber jacket and I think I found it when I stumbled onto Zara's website. The Contrasting Navy Blue Jacket (found here and priced at only $79.99) is exactly what I was looking to wear for those Spring nights that are not too hot and not too cold. The jacket has this heavy quality feel to it from the material making it very comfortable to wear, yet light enough to not overheat.

Lately, I've been looking for a lot of cool, classic, and vintage All-American clothing pieces to add to my wardrobe that is reminiscent of the 70's and 80's (see some past photos here and here). So when I spotted this bomber, I was immediately drawn to the ribbed red, white, and blue stripes along the collar, cuffs, and waist so I knew I had to have it. The jacket fit all the criteria I was looking for and since the color was Navy Blue, it already matches with 75% of the clothes I wear making the jacket an easy add-on to an outfit.

Having a classic bomber jacket in the closet is a must because it can make any boring outfit look cool, clean and well put together. Check out the photos below-- I'm wearing a tee-shirt and ripped jeans. But when I throw on the bomber jacket, it's a whole new look!
